The Google Pixel 6a unveiled last month won’t hit shelves until July 28th. But this did not prevent the smartphone from being the protagonist of an unboxing video uploaded to TikTok by the user anjangz.

We’re looking at the Charcoal version here, which is held screen-down in the box, with the display covered in a protective white sheet with labels for the controls, ports, and in-display fingerprint scanner.

The package also includes a USB-C cable and a USB-C adapter with prominent “Google Tensor” branding joined by a graphic illustration of the chip. It seems that Google really wants people to know what is powering the Pixel 6a and to remember it every time you open your smartphone box.You can watch the video clip below.

The Google Pixel 6a is built around a 6.1-inch FullHD + 60Hz OLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It has a hole in the center for the 8MP selfie shooter and an underlying fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.

The horizontal bar on the back houses an LED flash with two cameras: 12.2MP primary and 12MP ultrawide. The smartphone has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and runs on Android 12.

The rest of the Google Pixel 6a’s highlights include stereo speakers, IP67 rated, 5G connectivity, and a 4,410mAh battery with 18W charging. You can go this way to check out Pixel 6a pricing in different regions.
