Tower of fantasy (ToF) is a shared open world MMORPG developed by Infinite level for Android and iOS. Simulacra are the characters of the weapons in the game are ancient heroes whose respective consciousness has been transferred into artificial intelligences that the player can equip. Once a Simulacra has been unlocked, the player can summon it, thus equipping the character. The player’s character will then take on the form, traits and personality of that Simulacra. Don’t worry, we’ve summarized all Tower of Fantasy Simulacra based on their strengths in this tier list.

Simulacra and weapons in Tower of Fantasy

Contrary to the general concept of having independent characters and weapons, the game has combined the characters that are the Simulacra with their signature weapons, so technically you’re just pulling for weapons on the gacha banner.

The game also allows you to freely use any weapon on any character without any limitations. At this early stage of the game, most of the game content can also be erased by SR characters; the only cases where you need powerful characters are in Phantom Past, Apex League, and Void Rift as of now, and for these, you should refer to a list of levels.

Nemesis

The nemesis is there best support for Volt teams as it not only provides decent heals across the team but also has passive ranged DPS capabilities in his kit, in addition to this a zero constellation base will give a damage buff of 20% Volt which can be further enhanced by unlocking more constellations.

Overall, Nemesis is a prime character to choose if you’re focusing on Volt squads and synergizes with nearly all of the Volt’s characters. His downsides about him include being tied exclusively to Volt teams for maximum potential even when his kit is this strong at the highest levels. Nemesis is a limited banner character, meaning she can only be summoned using Red Nucleus, which could be better saved for upcoming DPS rather than support.

King

King is easily one of the best DPS Shieldbreaker in the game based on the current meta. His element type is Flame and he has good AOE attacks in his kit which are quite effective on various types of enemies and bosses. Once he has his constellations, they power him up greatly and with a star he can apply a powerful DOT debuff, making him a favored character to have in your arsenal.

King is very powerful on his own, but to reach that damage potential he needs to perform combos effectively; however, he is prone to combo breaks, which is a loss of DPS in spins and requires a certain level of playing skill.

Samir

Samir is a quick attack Volt type DPS and is one of the most agile characters in the game in terms of battle movement. His the kit includes unique air strikes and charge attacks that not only provide her with a window for quick dodges, but also allow her to correct her position when needed.

by Samir the fast-paced battle style also has a downside as it requires good movement control; otherwise, you may lose a few seconds during the wrong combos. He has skills for long range attacks, but in most situations it’s not worth it as the damage is pretty low and you can switch to another character instead. The best thing about her is that she is a capable DPS with only zero stars and can serve the attack role quite well.

Meryl

Meryl is quite similar to King, but instead of being a DPS she is a Tank and her debuffs include freeze and stun. Her attacks are relatively slow compared to other characters, but her shields and crowd control skills are more than the trick. In the Apex League Meryl is one of the best characters to challenge other players and also the worst enemy to face when you are against her.

His ultimate gives her a powerful shield and stuns enemies, not to mention the reduced movement speed and an ice-like cage that can prevent it from exiting. Her normal ability also causes her to ignore crowd control debuffs, which means that once started it’s quite difficult to stop the combo. Not only does Meryl suffer from slow attack speed, but her abilities take time to launch as well, which makes her a little clunky in team rotations.

Tsubasa

Tsubasa is the only one long-term safe choice because most of the characters in the current meta he will be outclassed by new limited characters once he arrives, but his kit includes a unique ability that has some uses in specific scenarios. He has a team boost ability that unlocks at a star and greatly increases again to six stars providing a 24% and 40% increase respectively. this push is very crucial in some specific cases like in Bygone Phantasm and more.

Aside from that, he is also a powerful character and has AOE abilities that can deal a significant amount of damage. The only downside to his kit is that some conditions must be met before the squad boost can be applied and she has weak normal attacks.

Coco Ritter

Coco is a healing type support character and at first can provide decent but basic zero constellation healing this is all that most characters in the game can do nowadays, fill more than one role at a time, and for Coco to be exclusively just a healer is certainly not worth a place in team rotations.

She also has the boosts of damage increase in his ability along with crowd control ability but all of that and a good part of his kit scaling like energy refill and healing boost are locked behind some constellations, which for the average player is pretty hard to get right now. His element is Ice and he has access to the Ice Shell ability shared by all Ice characters which can freeze enemies. She on the whole she is a pretty good healer to start the game, but in the future she will be overshadowed by better healers.

Huma

Huma is mainly a Tank type character and has a unique weapon that can change shape at will from Shield to Ax or Ax to Shield accompanied by a good portion of the AOE damage. Just like Samir, she is too very practicable only based on zero constellation; however, tank-exclusive abilities like Taunt aren’t very useful in real-life combat scenarios. His constellations are very powerful and can unlock a myriad of buffs and debuffs in his kit. Overall, she is a good character to use in the game if you have her.

Crow

Corvo is a Volt type DPS and it is similar to Samir but instead of a The gun holds a twin sword and has a flashy playing style. Can also break shields effectively with the right maneuvers. Its constellation can unlock some very powerful stat boosts based on HP percentage. Overall he is a great character to invest in, but difficult to play efficiently as he requires good mechanical skills.

Shiro

Shiro is primarily an AOE damage dealer And has decent crowd control which will attract enemies to a certain distance to be destroyed with attacks. At higher constellations, she can become very good at dealing with some situations. She is also one pretty good shield breaker but others may do a better job than her at a higher level and her skill range is a bit difficult to perform.

Zero

Zero is a major healer and in terms of healing he is close to Coco. His kit focuses primarily on his weapon, which must be acquired over time to increase its effectiveness. He can also provide decent shields for himself and team him with his skill.

zero fantasy tower

Zero is a good character in the long run because with constellations it can unlock many powerful abilities such as team level buffs and it can also function as a sub-DPS that can compete with other DPS in the level. At most constellations, it’s pretty much a one-person squad, as he can play all roles on his own.

Final thoughts

The game was only released a few days ago and the current meta is heavily based on the already running Chinese version of the game, the global version has gotten some changes that have changed things now and may do so in the future. So try your characters on your own and try to form synergistic teams.
