1. How to transfer your game data between iOS devices

- Go to Main screen> More> Data transfer from your latest device.
- Link your TEPPEN game data to a iCloud or iTunes account using an iCloud or iTunes account.
- Then on your new device, on the title screen, tap Transfer data> Restore data to transfer your data.
Please note that if you choose to use this method, do not use the in-game transfer code method. You may suffer from game data loss if you transfer your data using iCloud or iTunes account along with the created transfer code. Also, while the data transfer is in progress, please refrain from touching anything besides three options on the title screen.
2. How to transfer your game data between Android devices
Transferring data between Android devices is similar to transferring data between iOS devices, the only difference is in the account type. Among iOS devices, the account type is used iCloud or iTunes account, while on Android you will use a google account. To transfer data between Android devices, do the following:

Note– Do not use the transfer code method within the TEPPEN app if you are using this technique to transfer data. If you use a Google account and a generated transfer code to transfer your game data, you risk losing it.
3. How to transfer your game data from different operating systems even if you download using the Amazon Appstore
A transfer code can be used to transfer game data to another device. This method allows you to move data between multiple operating systems, including apps from Amazon App Store. Follow these steps to transfer data between different operating systems:
Confirm your secret code (from your old device)
- On the device with the data you want to transfer, open TEPPEN.
- Faucet Start on the main screen.
- Faucet Other and then, touch investigations.
- Continue with the second step as you write your secret code.
Creating a transfer code (from your old device)
- On the device with the data you want to transfer, open TEPPEN.
- Faucet Other on the main screen.
- Tap Data Transfer and then tap Create transfer code.
- After reading about creating the transfer code, if you agree with what you’ve read, tap accept and create a Transfer code.
- Continue with the third step as you write the created transfer code.
Transfer your game data (to your new device)
- Install TEPPEN on your new device and when you start the game, tap Data transfer on the title screen.
- To select use the transfer code and follow the instructions, then enter your secret code, then tap OK.
- Following the instructions, enter the Transfer code created in step 2.
- A confirmation window will pop up, check if all the information is correct, once you think it is correct, tap YUP.
- The data transfer process is complete, tap YUP, start again the game and you will play with your transferred data.
Note: Do not uninstall TEPPEN from your old device when data transfer is in progress if you uninstall the game while data transfer is still in progress, you will lose all your data and it will no longer be possible to transfer it.
Things to remember when transferring game data
- When transferring data, make sure you are in a place with good reception.
