Pokémon Go is a popular mobile game of Niantic which combines gaming with the real world with the help of augmented reality technology. The game allows players to capture and train Pokémon in real-life locations using a particular mapping technology. Here, players mostly spend their time completing research tasks or catching Pokémon. Trainer battles are not common in this game unlike other Pokémon games, hence the Rocket radar And Balloons helps players find more battles to fight. In this article, we will find out how they do it.

Team GO Rocket in Pokémon Go

In Pokémon Go, players primarily use their Pokémon to fight in raids, gym battles, and with Team GO Rocket members. It is not possible to regularly fight against players as players will have to get close to each other in real time to fight against each other Other.

So Team GO Rocket are the main antagonists of Pokémon Go and are very vital as players can win rewards that can be used to power up Pokemon after battling them.

Team GO Rocket members such as Grunts can be spotted at Pokestops and players can battle them to earn rewards. They can also be found on the outside world map using the Rocket Balloon or players who are looking to fight the elite members of Team GO Rocket can use the Rocket Radar to find their whereabouts.

Mysterious components in Pokémon Go

Players can fight Team GO Rocket Grunts to Pokestops that are marked dark or blue once level 8 is reached. If the players manage to defeat the Grunts, the Pokestops’ color reverts to their normal color which is blue, which means that players can then spin the Pokestop disc to get more rewards.

It also means that they will receive an item called Mystery Component after defeating the Grunt. Once players have collected 6 components like this, they can create another item called Rocket Radar which can be used to track Team GO Rocket members, specifically Cliff, Arlo And Sierra.

Players can also immediately request a rematch if they are defeated themselves, but they should use revives and potions to heal their Pokémon as their HP is not restored automatically.

Radar Rocket in Pokémon Go

Rocket radars are basically used to fight one of the members of Team GO Rocket. They are harder to defeat than their lower-ranking counterparts. Fighting a leader once means that the player will no longer be able to use that particular Rocket Radar.

To earn more, they can fight Grunts 6 times or buy them from the shop usingg 200 Pokecoin but it is recommended to save them for more valuable items as it is difficult to collect.

Rocket balloons appear as circular shadows on the world map. Players can also keep an eye on them as balloons are a way to reach Team GO Rocket members as well. They will have to zoom out the screen and tap the Balloon icon enter a battle with a Grunt or a leader, depending on whether the player is also a Rocket Radar or not.
