Skills analysis

Vexana has three active skills and one passive skill like most of the other heroes in the game. In this Mobile Legends guide we will also talk about the skills to use in certain scenarios and the skill combos to be able to play Vexana to the fullest of her potential.

Passive – Touch of the Nether

Nether_Touch passive vexana

Vexana and the undead knight inflict the curse of the Nether on enemies hit. The curse lasts for 5 seconds and will blast the afflicted enemy to death, dealing damage 170-450 (+ 40% total ability power) Magic damage to nearby enemies (base damage varies with level).

Skill 1 – Lethal Grasp

Deathly_Grasp Ability 1 Vexana

Vexana unleashes a Phantom Claw in the direction of the target, inflicting them 200/220/240/260/280/300 (+ 60% total ability power) Magic damage to enemies in its path. The claw stops when it hits an enemy Hero, terrifying them and exposing their position for 1 second. Phantom Power will then explode into their position, taking care 120/140/160/180/200/220 (+ 40% total ability power) Magic damage to nearby enemies and terrorizing them for 1s.

Skill 2 – Cursed Explosion

Cursed_Blast Vexana skill 2

Ultimate Ability – Eternal Guard

Eternal_Guard Final Ability 3 Vexana

Vexana summons an Undead Knight at the target location, distributing it 500/600/700 (+ 60% total ability power) Magic damage to enemies hit and causing them to fall into the air for 0.8 seconds. The undead knight then joins Vexana in the battle for 15 seconds. Each attack deals 300/375/450 (+ 60% total ability power) Magic damage to enemies in a large area.

Skill method for Vexana

It is recommended that you unlock and prioritize first Skill 2 as it helps eliminate minion waves easily while in lane. Update Skill 1 accordingly and prioritize last when available.

Best Emblem and Spell Set for Vexana in Mobile Legends

Emblem configuration

This Custom Magician Emblem build provides extra magic power as well as Magical Penetration needed to decimate enemies on the battlefield. In the first level, we choose Flow as it guarantees extra magic power which is necessary for the early game advantage.

While in the second level, choose Observation as it provides extras Magical Penetration needed to blast heroes with high-magic defensive items. Finally, in the second level, select Magical cult as it is the best and most ideal talent to use for a wizard like Vexana. This is so since it applies a searing effect to enemies whenever at least 7% of their HP is lost, which makes it quite easy to blast enemies with Vexana’s abilities.

Battle spells

  • Blow of flame: This battle spell is useful as it provides Extra magic damage during the fighting. If positioned well, it can also be used to hit and kill enemies fleeing life points. It also provides a special knockback effect which is especially useful when running away from enemy tanks.
  • Sprint: This battle spell is useful as it helps you escape easily or reach the targets of enemy heroes. This spell can also be useful for turning and covering lanes faster to assist teammates.
  • Flicker: This skill is useful as an escape tool, especially during enemy auctions. It can also be useful to ambush and place your combos on enemy targets.
  • Aegis: This battle spell can be essential as it provides extra durability through the shield it provides.

The best builds for Vexana in Mobile Legends

Many builds can be tested on Vexana. All you have to do is follow the enemy’s choice and then decide the role on the battlefield. We have defined the following model to test with Vexana on the battlefield. This Magic Damage build provides the magical power and magical penetration needed to decimate and blast enemies on the battlefield.

It is recommended to go with Arcane Boots as it provides extra magical penetration in front of tank or high durability heroes. Next, choose the Destiny clock as it provides extra HP and magical power needed to scale the battlefield during the early game phase. Next is the Luminous wand which provides extra ability power and a unique passive that burns enemies whenever they take damage from them, thus reducing the regenerative ability of durable enemy targets.

Build the Brilliant wand since it reduces enemies’ magical defense each time damage is dealt to them, this makes it easier to decimate high defensive enemy targets. Other equipment such as Fleeting time provides a cooldown reduction of Vexana’s final ability every time she gains a skill or ability, this will make it easier to spam her final ability in a shorter time frame. Finally, build a Winter truncheon to inflict additional bursts of magical damage to surrounding enemy targets.

Mobile Legends Vexana Game Tips

As discussed earlier, Vexana is one of the deadliest wizards in the game after her much-needed makeover. However, a player must need a good understanding of the map to bring out the best in every hero. According to its gameplay, we can break it down into three stages. Our Mobile Legends Vexana guide includes the perfect game plan for the start, middle and end of the game.

Early play

Vexana’s early-stage gameplay revolves around farming as she hits enemies with the appropriate maximization of her abilities and passive abilities. Vexana truly excels at clearing waves of minions as she uses her second ability to deal explosive magical damage across a wide range.

Players should also note that the marks inflicted by Vexana’s damage from her basic attacks or abilities will allow enemy units to explode and deal damage to their death, resulting in an easier way to take out the Minion Waves. Also, on Unlock Faramis First’s ability, use her mostly on enemy heroes or their clones to terrify them as she provides decent CC against enemy units. You can also perform the following skill combos for an edge on the battlefield:

Skill 2 + Skill 1

Mid-game

By reaching level 4 and unlocking Vexana Ultimate, Vexana becomes much more feared on the battlefield as she can easily assassinate enemies with HP points with her abilities. The maximum of her is very useful as she provides decent CC against enemy targets and also acts as a source of protection against enemy heroes.

Vexana on the MLBB battlefield

This is so as the undead knight from her ultimate helps distract enemies from herself as the undead knight is strong enough and would follow or appear close to Vexana while also prioritizing enemies attacking her queen. You can form the following skill move during this game situation:

Skill 2 + Skill 1 + Skill 3

Late game

At the end of the gameplay, you have to play it safe as enemy blast DPS heroes might target or prioritize Vexana as her abilities are very powerful and annoying. Hence, during this lane phase, one must try to play at a safer distance than should be behind highly durable heroes such as tanks or fighters.

You also need to learn how to use the bush while trying to make perfect use of the Vexana combo as it is much safer from there. Finally, while trying to conquer or defend important objectives such as Lord or your team’s main base, use the undead knight of Vexana’s ultimate to achieve this as he is tough enough and powerful enough to complete these objectives.
