Padisarah is a type of flower native to Sumeru. It is easy to find them in groups in Sumeru City, Pardis Dhyai, Vanarana and the Alcazarzaray Palace. They are not found everywhere in nature like Sumeru roses. If you have Tighnari in your party, the positions of the nearby Padisarah will appear on the minimap. How to find Padisarah in Genshin Impact
Padisarahs in the wild regenerate every 48 hours in the real world. Padisarah inside Sumeru city it’s easy enough to spot. Most of them are located near paved roads. Use Elemental Sight to find them easily. Padisarah inside Pardis Dhyai it is found in clusters in the bushes. Some of them are also inside the greenhouse.
Padisarah inside Vanarana it is found only in the State of reality. If you enter Vanarana and only find Viparyas, it means you are in Dream state. This is the state in which Aranara is visible. Go to the bright green Vanarana stone and play Vintage lyre.
This will change it to the state of Reality. In this state the Aranara are not visible. In the state of Reality, you will find Padisarah instead of Viparya. Go to this position and play Vintage lyre change state if necessary.
Padisarah in Alcazarzaray Palace it is also found mainly in bushes near paved roads. They should be easy enough to spot. Also, you can find three Padisarahs in this location near the Fane of Ashvattha.

Uses of Padisarah in Genshin Impact
From version 3.1 update The Padisarahs are used as ascension material by only one character, Nile. No weapon uses Padisarah for Ascension. Padisarahs are used to forge an object: the Dendro treasure compass. They are also used as an ingredient in five dishes: Biryani, Duel Soul, Tahchin, Padisarah Pudding and Swirling Steps.
