How to unlock and start The Secret of Al-Ahmar World Quest in Genshin Impact
To unlock this world mission, players must first visit Aaru Village in the Sumeru Desert and accept the Golden Sleep quest line. They must complete the following missions:
Al-Ahmar’s Secret World Quest Solution
Mausoleum of King Deshret
From the room where “Introduction to indoor archeology” finished, move to the next room and take the elevator. A movie will be activated. When the cutscene ends, move towards Mausoleum of King Deshret. Approach the main door and a cutscene will be triggered. The door will be open.
Enter the room and defeat the Primordial constructs. She keeps moving forward and finds a large room with lots of gold coins. Unfortunately, you cannot collect them. You will be asked to open the coffin by unlocking four mechanisms.
Open the coffin (1/4)
The four mechanisms can be unlocked in any order. But let’s enter the room on the right first. This is the room that is on the right when you first enter the large room. Upon entering this room, you will see on the minimap that you are moving north. Continue down the hall and find a room with a mechanism in the middle that emits orange circles. They will damage you, so avoid them by jumping.
Turn right, open the door and enter the room. In the middle of the corridor there will be a space on the right. There’s a Dendrocol. Look up and there will be a four-leaf clover. Using it will get you to a Primordial applique. Release it and follow it until it joins a Primal Torch.
Open the coffin (2/4)
Once the Primordial Torch is lit, return to the room with the orange circle emitting mechanism. This time turn left and enter the next corridor. Continue down the hall and find a hole that leads to the room below. You will see another room on the left. Climb up avoiding falling and enter that room.
Continue down the hall to find a room with a seelie ea square mechanism on the floor r. Go through the door next to the mechanism. Turn left, look up and use the four-leaf clover. This will take you to another Primal Sconce. Release the Primordial Ember and follow him until he joins a Primal Torch.

Now, from the large room, enter the room on the left. Continue down the hall and find a room to your left with a chest guarded by a Primal Construct.
Enter the room, turn left and use the four leaf clover to reach another Primal Sconce. He releases the Primal Ember and follows her until she joins a Primal Torch.

From the large room, enter the room on the left. This time, continue past the room to the left and turn right. Continue down the hall until you find a door that leads to a room on the right.
Enter the room and find a fan that creates a wind current in the corner. He rides the current and will take you to a Primal Sconce. He releases the Primal Ember and follows her until she joins a Primal Torch.
On the top floor of the Mausoleum
Once the coffin opens, he will drop an elevator. Ride it and go upstairs. This will take you to a room with two sides leading to two areas. From the elevator room, move right and take the stairs. You will enter a large room, approach the marker and a cutscene will trigger. This will increase your permission level by one. A door will open and you will enter the room.
From the room, open the door. This will lead to an open area outside the Mausoleum but still underground. Slide down, defeat the Fatui and continue to follow the marker to reach Benben’s location. This will lead you to a room with three doors and water on the floor. Currently it is only possible to open one of the doors, open it and continue following the marker.
As you follow the marker, you will encounter large holes in the ground. Avoid falling. Use the shamrocks to reach the other side of the hole. The marker will lead you to a hidden teleportation waypoint. A movie will be activated. Slide down, wait for the cutscene to end and defeat Samail. This time you will get two tokens. Keep moving forward to reach Opet Hall.
Deeper into the ruins
Open the door, go inside and go up the stairs. You will enter a room. Turn right and go up the stairs. Look for an open door to the right. Enter, turn left and go to the next room. In the middle is a closed chest. There are Primary beams and receivers in the room. If you rotate the cell to connect two beams to receivers facing the same side, you can unlock a door. There are two doors on either side of the room. Both contain a Primordial Construct but only the one on the right is important.
Unlock the door on the right and enter. Defeat the Primal Construct. Pick up the blue triangle and stand on the square mechanism on the floor. This will reveal a Primordial Applique. Release the Primordial Ember and follow it. If it rests on a shelter, release it.
The Ember will open a door in a room with multiple receivers. Remember this location as you will need to get back here soon. He continues to follow the Ember until he joins a Primal Torch. He now he goes back to the room with more receivers. Two linked receivers guard a Primal Sconce. Interact with what is not right next to the Sconce.
A door will open and reveal a square mechanism on the floor. Pick up the blue triangle near the applique and step on the mechanism. Interact with the cell that moved in the previous step. The Sconce will be unlocked. Release the Primal Ember and follow it until it joins a Primal Torch. A door will open. Follow the marker and enter the room. A movie will play which increases the permission level by one.

With this, “The Secret of Al-Ahmar” comes to an end. You will get 60 first seeds as a reward. The achievement of “The incredible pyramid” it will also be unlocked.
