Fortnite excels at adding new elements to the game world every season. Chapter 3 Season 4 is currently active and Chrome’s new lethal force has been added to the last chapter. On contact, Chrome transforms everything into a sticky metallic liquid. As Chrome is spreading across the island, weapons are also being affected. Between the two Chrome weapons added to the game, the EvoChrome rifle is one of them.
Where to find the EvoChrome rifle in Fortnite
The EvoChrome rifle can be found on the right side of the map in places covered by Chrome. Since Chrome is affecting most of the items on the island, the Chromed chests and EvoChrome’s ground loot is very likely to spawn in areas surrounded by Chrome.
How to evolve the EvoChrome rifle
The players will have to do it inflict damage on opponents to evolve the EvoChrome rifle. The damage points required keep changing with each rarity. By using the blue bar under the gun in their inventory, players will be able to track the progress of their weapon’s rarity. Players will have to deal damage to their opponents to fill the blue bar.
The gauge will continue to fill until the pistol’s next rarity level is reached. As a new rarity emerges, players will find it increasingly difficult to inflict damage on their opponents. Players can complete the Zero Week Challenge to level up the EvoChrome Shotgun. The most efficient way to complete this challenge is to use the burst rifle which will help you with long range shooting.
