Guild Battle is an important game mode in Cookie Run: Kingdom since it gives you weekly rewards. The higher your guild rank, the better the rewards you will get. However, it’s hard to be in a high-ranking guild if you don’t deal enough damage to bosses. One of the bosses in Guild Battle is the Boss of the living abyss, and here are some tips on how to fight it in Cookie Run Kingdom. It is recommended to have the following cookies for this boss: Dark cocoa biscuit, Espresso biscuit, Frost Queen biscuit, Pomegranate biscuit, And Cherry blossom biscuit) at least at level 50, but it is more efficient if you have cookies at the maximum level (Level 70).

The treasures of this comp are The old pilgrim’s parchment, the gloomy-looking scythe, And Jelly squishy watch. Your Scythe and Watch treasures must be maximized in order to use this comp. It should also have Espresso Cookie at least Level 10 Magic Candy for it to work. You can easily create Espresso candy ingredients from the Magic Workshop, where you can create cookie resonants and arcane sugar crystals.

Timing is the key

This comp needs specific timing so that it can get the best amount of damage. When entering the game, make sure yours Automatic button it’s off. Make sure you casts Pomegranate Cookie’s ability as soon as possible, as his 30% ATK boost is beneficial to the team. As soon as you see the boss, you should launch Dark Cacao, Cherry Blossom, Espresso and Frost Queen all at the same time.

You have to be quick and tap all the skills as soon as the boss appears. After, cast Pomegranate Cookie’s ability again. After some time, your cookies would be ready again. However, cast only Pomegranate and Cherry Blossom when their skills are ready. Espresso and Frost Queen will have their skills ready too, but don’t throw them yet.

Keep an eye on the battle countdown. When the timer reads “0:40cast Espresso Cookie. (At times, Espresso Cookie may get stunned by the boss. Okay; just wait until Espresso is no longer stunned.) You can then cast Queen of Frost and tap Automatic. After this, the rest of the cookies should be able to be thrown in time, and you can just sit back and let the cookies attack the boss until time runs out.

While it might be tempting to spam cookie abilities as soon as possible, these times are important! If you throw Espresso or Frost Queen before “0:40 Mark, the Living Abyss goes on a rampage and produces a high damage attack that wipes out your cookies before the race is over. You should be able to deal at least 30 million damage to the Living Abyss and more if you have higher bonds, cookie promotion / ascensions, guild buff or scroll level.

Seasonings for pomegranate

Pomegranate is an important cookie in this competition as its heels help keep the team alive. The boss has minions who will constantly attack your cookies, so it’s important that you cast his abilities as frequently as possible.

She requires a full tank Swift Chocolates Set, and requires a high recharge sub-stat, with at least 27-28% recommended recharge. (this includes the Topping Set effect; without the effect, the topping substate would show “22 – 23%”). Try to get as many DMG Resistance substats on her as possible.

Condiments for Espresso

Espresso is one of the best AOE strikers in the game, so he’s the best cookie for this team. You can try using alternatives like Clotted cream biscuit or Sea fairy cookie but you won’t get the same results. Espresso is an epic cookie, so getting it from the Mileage Shop is easy. It is highly recommended that you have a full one Scalding Raspberry set with as many ATK and CRIT substats as possible. As it is the main damage inflict in this comp, you should make sure it has the best Raspberry set among others.

Another thing to note is that Espresso is a fragile cookie, so DMG Resist secondary stats are needed on him. You should aim for at least 20% DMG Endurance, with more being better. It also needs secondary reload stats, since you want it to cast as frequently as possible.

As you ascend to the higher levels of Living Abyss, it’s best to use full whole almonds on Espresso if it doesn’t survive your games. A smaller amount of damage to the boss (but a more robust build) is more important than a high amount of damage with a high chance of ruining a guild battle!

Seasonings for the queen of frost

Queen of Frost it’s your second highest damage, so we recommend using it Seared raspberries with her too. Like it Espresso, she is of the Magic class, so she tends to be a bit fragile. However, getting good DMG Resistance substats (20% +) on her should help do the trick. Some cooldown stats are good, but not necessary. When your guild rises to higher levels of Living Abyss (usually around level 17 and above), it’s best to use everything Whole almonds.

Seasonings for cherry blossoms

Cherry Blossom also use full Raspberry. If you have a good CRIT Damage Landmarks and Sugar gnome workshop updates, you can also try a full CRIT build for her. Since it helps provide constant ATK buffs for the team and works similarly to support, you want it to have a high cooldown stat. You will need at least an 8% top-up on her. Unlike Espresso And Queen of Frost DMG Resist is not that necessary as it dodges enemy attacks from time to time, as it is an Ambush class.

Condiments for Dark Cocoa

Dark cocoa does the least damage in the team, but is still important as it provides a DEF Also decrease the debuff. There are no specific refill requirements for him, so you can just use your spare Scalding Raspberry condiments (or Whole almond toppings at the upper levels). It would be nice to have some ATK or CRIT substats on him, but ultimately it won’t contribute significantly to your overall damage, so it’s okay if you have 0 of these substats for his build.
