Season 8 Alliance in Cookie Run: Kingdom is now available and there are new types of enemies to face. Many experienced players have finished Alliance this season. There are level 70 cookies the arrival of Purple Yam’s Magic Candy, and Unicorn Cream Cookie. Many of the first waves are easy, but some can be difficult if you don’t know what to use! Here is a guide for Cookie Run: Kingdom Alliance season 8.

Special rules in Alliance Season 8

Starting with Season 6, Alliance has acquired new special rules for the season, which can help or be a disadvantage for your team.

Defense Cookies gain 10.0% HP boost.

This is a very useful buff, especially for cookies like Berry biscuit, Berry biscuit And Strawberry Crepe Cookie. Since these cookies are tanks and rely on having a high HP stat to successfully protect their allies, this buff helps them survive longer.

Healing class cookies gain 10.0% Amplify Buff

This addition makes healing cookies like Pure vanilla cookie, Unicorn Cream Cookie And Herbal biscuit receive a greater amount of buffs. Note that it only matters to the buffs they have to receive from the team. Any kind of buff that the healer cookie to give their allies will not get a raise.

Rare cookies get an HP boost of 110.0%.

While this isn’t that useful for intermediate players, it can be useful for new players who don’t have many cookies unlocked yet and need to use rare cookies to fill their Alliance slots. Note that this buff also works for cookie bosses. Therefore, if you find a rare cookie in Alliance you will have to be careful!

Previous Alliance seasons usually used the main team of Berry biscuit, Dark cocoa biscuit, Eclair biscuit, Cotton biscuit, And Pure vanilla cookie. While this is still a good team to use, since the arrival of Purple Yam’s Magic Candy, the Alliance meta has changed and advanced players now use Purple yam instead of Dark Cocoa.

Magic Candy by Purple Yam (which is recommended to upgrade to level 10) grants him additional DMG stamina, as well as providing healing for him from time to time. As you enter tougher waves (wave 40 and above), the extra buffs Purple Yam receives are more useful than Dark cocoa.

Wave 24: Chief sherbet shark

Shark sorbet it’s easy to kill with a speed squad. A speed team usually consists of cookies like Kumiho Cookie (so it can charm enemies, letting the rest of your cookies attack them while they are momentarily paused), Madeleine cookie, Freccia Caramel Biscuit, Lilac biscuit And Mint chocolate cookie.

The latter two are necessary for the speed team, while Madeleine And Caramelized arrow they are only recommended. Some variations of the use of the speed team Pastry biscuit however, as Caramel Arrow is much more tank and useful against cookie bosses, people use Caramel Arrow instead.

Wave 36: Boss in one fell swoop

This is another tough boss. I don’t like the Shark Wave sorbet, this boss can be tanked with the main team. However, this requires that you have an asset DMG Resist about all your cookies, plus good updates from Bonds and Sugar Gnome Laboratory. If you feel your core team isn’t enough, you can switch to a one-shot team that uses cookies like Dark chocolate biscuit (for DEF the debuff decreases).

Just like normal Rye Biscuit, this boss targets the enemy cookie with the lowest HP and kills it immediately. If you’re using your main team here, it’s easy for one of your important cookies to get hit in one fell swoop. A good strategy to use here is to use your main team from waves 36 to 43, and when wave 44 arrives, wait for Rye to perform his first skill. Make sure your game speed is at a slow speed, not 2.5x! When his ability activates, he immediately switches teams and uses a team of boss assassins.
