Get hearts through Alliance
Another way to get hearts in BTS Island is to claim them in yours alliance. Every 4 hours, you can request 5 hearts from your group / alliance. While this makes it easier for you to get hearts, the 4 hour timer is very long for 5 hearts.
Buying with gold
The fastest way to get hearts is to buy them with gold. But this is also the most expensive way, so make sure you spend well 900 gold per heart.
