It seems that the vivo is having some problems particularly with the vivo T2. The phone launch event has now been postponed a second time for no clear public reason. Vivo was initially supposed to unveil the phone on May 23, then postponed to June 6 due to force majeure. Now a new social post on Weibo once again pushes the event forward at an undetermined date and time.

We can’t really think of a good reason why vivo keeps delaying the launch, especially since the vivo T2 is not a completely new device but rather an iQOO Neo6 SE rebranded with Snapdragon 870, introduced in early May. A fact that was officially confirmed after vivo leaked the full T2 spec sheet last month.

We also know what T2 will look like. In terms of specs, it features a 6.62 “AMOLED, FullHD +, 120Hz, HDR10 + display with a center hole for a 16MP selfie cam. The rest of the camera setup includes a 64MP primary snapper with OIS , 8 MP ultrawide and an extra 2 MP camera. A 4,700 mAh battery keeps the lights on. As already mentioned, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset with two options of RAM and storage in addition to two color variations.

All that’s left now is for vivo to clear up these mysterious delays and reveal the retail price for the T2.
