Tom Clancy Elite Squad Tier List: –

This Tom Clancy Elite Squad tier list shows soldier tier ratings in five main tiers; level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 – where level 1 characters are the best and level 4 characters are least powerful. And level 5 characters are not good. Another thing you need to note is that higher level characters are difficult to acquire – if you are a beginner + f2p, focus on farmable characters (characters you can obtain by playing the game; through quests).
