Google has not yet released the market-ready version of Android 14, but it seems that Xiaomi is not waiting for this as the company is now sending a stable beta version of MIUI 14 based on Android 14 to Xiaomi 13 beta testers. 13Pro and 12T. Sure, it’s not quite ready, but the stable beta is pretty much the last step before a widespread rollout.
The update for 13 and 13 Pro brings the version 14.2.0 UMCMIXM AND MIUI 14.0.2.0 UMBMIXM, respectively, and weighs 5.4GB with the August security patch preloaded. Xiaomi 12T, on the other hand, gets it 14.0.4.0 UMQMIXM.
The Xiaomi 13, 13 Pro, and 12T all got the stable beta version of the software in China about a month ago, so the global version of MIUI 14 was expected to arrive soon. Considering Xiaomi’s determination to release the latest software as quickly as possible, it probably won’t be long before the company releases the global stable ROM shortly after the official debut of Android 14.
