The vivo X90 series was announced in November 2022 in China, and today the company brings two of the phones to the international scene: the vivo X90 and vivo X90 Pro powered by Dimension 9200.

The X90 Pro+ won’t be leaving China for now and it’s unclear if that will ever change.

The vanilla X90 and X90 Pro share a lot of hardware: They have the same 6.78-inch 10-bit AMOLED screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 1260p resolution. They are almost the same size and both have 120W fast wired charging. Another common trait is the optimized Zeiss cameras.

The X90 and X90 Pro have the vivo V2 ISP, which enables Super Night Video in 4K and AI Night View modes. The former allows you to record video in very dark spots, while the latter accumulates 10 RAW images, maintaining HDR and refining the colors and tones of each segment.

The vivo X90 has 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 12MP 2x telephoto cameras. The X90 Pro is much more exciting with a 1.0-type Sony IMX989 sensor for the 50MP main camera. There’s also a 50MP 2x telephoto and 12MP ultrawide unit.

vivo has not disclosed any details on the price of these phones. We only know that the vivo X90 will be available in black and blue in Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Thailand and Malaysia.

The vivo X90 Pro will only be sold in Legendary Black, which has a leather-like finish on the back. Available markets are: Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Malaysia in Asia, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Serbia.
