Motorola has already officially confirmed that it is working on a new foldable Razr smartphone, which will be the first true top of the range of the family with its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Today the device leaked in a quick handy video (well, technically it’s a GIF, but you have an idea). The design appears to have changed a lot from the original 2019 Razr and 2020 Razr 5G, and the new phone has lost the Razr chin branding at the bottom – it now resembles Samsung’s Flip more than any Razr of the past. It also has two main cameras (which is 100% more than before) and a centered hole for the selfie camera on the internal folding screen, which appears to have no creases in sight.

The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the side-mounted power button, and the trademark Razr large external screen is still there, embarrassing the effort of the Galaxy Z Flip3. That’s all this GIF reveals, but the doors of leak are now open, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see the Razr 3 in the news much in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
