Google’s product launches have certainly gotten progressively more … different in recent times, culminating with the May teaser for Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel Watch which should only become fully official on October 6th.

But even Google hasn’t stopped since May until now: it has already revealed the chipset inside the phones, their color versions and the start date of the pre-order, and today is the time to take a much better look at the Pixel Wading. So here’s the wearable, from all angles, in all colors, in a glorious video teaser form:

The only mystery left here is how big the circular bezel will be and given how much Google seems to love showing only heavy dials of black, we assume “huge” – but hopefully we’re wrong. The design looks really unique and really cool, but a huge frame will ruin that look a lot.

A proprietary strap fastening system is also almost confirmed through this video, so if you were hoping to fit your existing collection of 20 or 22mm straps into this smartwatch, you’re out of luck. Google will surely say that the proprietary system gives the watch a more streamlined look, and it does, but this also smells of a) being “inspired” by Apple and b) wanting to easily make money from accessory sales.

Pixel Watch is said to cost around € 250-350 with Wi-Fi / Bluetooth alone and around $ 400 with LTE capabilities. Everything will be revealed in a couple of weeks or so, stay tuned.
