Eggplant rolls, quick recipe

Our aubergine rolls are stuffed with cooked ham and brie – if necessary you can also use other cheeses – and can be eaten cold or hotafter having gratinated them for a few minutes in the oven.

  • Brie: 100 g
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 tbsp

Preparation

Wash the aubergines, remove the stalk and slice them half a centimeter thick.
