Salmon pasta, creamy first course

Salmon pasta has been one of my favorite dishes for as long as I can remember. Coming back from school as soon as I heard “today for lunch there is pasta with salmon” for me it immediately became a festive day. Now that I have grown up and I can prepare it whenever I feel like it, it automatically becomes my day of celebration, where I can pamper myself with a first course that I absolutely adore. In this dish I used; a lactose-free cream for my intolerant mother (for those who are curious, just blend 100 ml of milk with 200 ml of sunflower oil and 1 pinch of salt with a blender) and I assure you that since I discovered how to prepare it at home in less than 1 minute I no longer use the packaged one. Prepare this creamy and tasty dish yourself, maybe even for those you love.
