I don't understand the language of this game.. I tried to hack it but I cannot see if it does work or not because I find it hard to play without english language..

I tried to set the upgrade costs and the building costs (how to build???) to 0 but I cannot test if they work or not because I upgraded everything before hacking the game and it seems it doesn't let me upgrade over level 10..

You must defeat all the enemies at war zone , to move to next province have higher levels
