Before rooting read this viewtopic.php?f=7&t=61 I am not responsible if something wrong happens to your device

1)install kingroot from here: http://androidxda.com/download-kingroot-application
2)tap the button in the middle
3)wait till it is 100 percent
4)congrats you have root

notes:use rootcheker wich is avaible from googleplaystore to chek if you have root

Can I root my Zenfone 2 with this KingRoot?
It's look like simple one.

Re: how to root

I'm not sure about the compatibility of KingRoot with Android version higher than 4.4.

As you may already know, Lollipop and following updates have got a completely different way to root the device.

Re: how to root

I would like to ask a question, is it smart to root your device at all, or its much grater risk of doing so? I got Xperia Z with newest android system available for it.

Re: how to root

Nowadays, rooting very rarely fails. And, in worst cases, you still have good chances to repair your device if it gets harmed but, I repeat, this happens very rarely.

I think the major problem for users is the warranty loss. Well, I purchased a OnePlus One time ago which is not affected by this "policy". It's one of the few phones you can Root without losing your warranty. But I didn't purchase this phone for the warranty thing.. it was just priced decently for the features it had.

With my previous phones, I have had problems rooting and installing custom roms. I even bricked my old phone once.. but I've solved this problem and it wasn't so hard to do.

Non save method. You get no guarantee of full control and function of your phone with this "rooting-app". I don't actually recommend it since a friend actually tried this app out broke/"bricked" his phone with EXACTLY this app.
For a save rooting method you should check out my topic.

Best regards,
-J

Re: How to make Android Root (every device)

It currently does not Root the new LG V10 running Android 5.1.1
I just got one of these hoping to replace my LG G2, but nothing seems to root it at the moment.

I've tried KingoRoot, KingRoot, TowelRoot, Super One Click, iRoot, A tool Specifically for LG Phones and a few other thing I found on XDA, but it seems only the T-mobile variant can be rooted at the moment and not The AT&T version, which is what I have.

So for now I'm still using my LG G2, but I will update if I find a method for the V10 {AT&T Variant}

Re: How to make Android Root (every device)

i used v4.6.2 and it works on my LG G STYLO running 5.1.1 after i hit "try again", but any version after that wont do it at all so maybe try all the versions til you find one that works like i did...dont forget to push "try again" sometimes that actually works instead of the initial try. #ROOTED :)

If it's under 5.0 (lollipop), I'm pretty sure this will work fine!
