What happens when you must make a regular payment or win the lottery with SBCash, your account is banned by a troll, ? Does your account freeze? Is the interest/payments/income delayed? How does this work?

Nothing freezes, only your access to the forum is blocked for 24 hours, but this doesn't affect anything else, including Private Messages, Bank Interests and Lottery Winnings.
